Request account deletion

Request deletion of your shared Ascend Real Estate Media app and website account and associated personal data. Requests are reviewed by Ascend; this page does not delete your account immediately.

What happens next

We verify that you own the account, review associated records, then contact you about completion. We remove your sign-in account, profile and personal data that is no longer needed. Limited invoice, transaction, dispute, fraud-prevention or legal records may be retained where required or justified; we will explain any exception. Provider backups expire under their retention schedules.

This does not automatically cancel appointments or settle invoices. Files you already downloaded are not removed from your devices.

Email [email protected] with the subject “Ascend account deletion request.” Include the email address on your Ascend account. We may ask you to verify ownership. Never send your password or payment card details.
